Can I cancel my order?
We know things pop up and that’s totally okay! Simply let us know by Thursdays of the current order week. Unfortunately, cancellation requests received after orders close on Thursdays cannot
be accommodated.
Is there an order minimum for delivery?
Yes. We have a minimum order of 3 items for delivery.
How do I order?
Our menu works a la carte style so you are welcome to order the volume of meals suitable for you. Simply navigate to our menu page to select and customize the items of your choice. Once you are satisfied with your selections, proceed to the checkout screen where you will be able to select your delivery day and location and securely enter your payment information. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation via email.
How do I redeem GCs?
Simply input your gift card code into the gift card field on the checkout screen of your order.
Do you offer Giftcards?
Absolutely! We have a variety of virtual GC options at https://2guyswithknives.com/gifts From the link above you can select your theme and customize with a personal message, any monetary amount of your choice and even schedule the email delivery for a specific date of your choice.
Are sauces included in each meal’s calories?
Yes. The nutritional breakdown includes all components present in the dish, including sauces.
Where can I check a specific dish’s calorie and macronutrient count?
When navigating on our online menu page you will see a nutrition tab above each dish image. Simply click this to view the info. Nutritional information and caloric breakdown is also printed directly on the packaging labels for easy reference after delivery.
What is gluten-free?
Gluten-free eliminates all gluten protein from foods to avoid the side effects of gluten sensitivity and diseases.
What is vegan?
Vegan is a dietary lifestyle focused on plant-based ingredients and avoids all animal byproducts
What is paleo?
The paleo diet focuses around eating foods that could be obtained by hunting and gathering. This includes lean meats, fish, some fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. This dietary regime avoids
grains, soy products, legumes & dairy
What is keto?
The Ketogenic diet is a low carb, high fat diet designed to assist your body in utilizing fat for its energy source rather than carbohydrates. Some health benefits may include weight loss and lowered blood sugar levels.
Do loyalty rewards points expire?
Yes. All loyalty Rewards points expire annually at midnight on December 31st and reset at 0 for the new year.
What do I do when a friend sends me a referral link?
Clicking on the unique link will take you to our menu. Copy and paste the code into the promo code field for a discount on your first order. Referral codes are only valid for first orders.
How do I refer a friend with a referral link?
Click the orange loyalty rewards gift icon at the bottom of your screen. Toggle to the “referral” tab in the middle. Here you will find a unique link to send to your friends.
How do I redeem my points?
Click the orange loyalty rewards gift icon at the bottom of your screen. Toggle to the “claim tab” on the right. Here you can convert points into $10, $25, and $50 coupons. You can then enter the coupon code provided in on the check out screen of your order and it will apply the value to your cart total.
How do I check how many points I currently have?
Navigate to your “my account” page and click on the loyalty rewards tab on the left-hand side. This will show you a summary of your available points and usage history.
How do I earn points?
There are a variety of ways to earn points. Currently they are:
Create a free user account: 250 points.
Add your birthday info to your
account: 50 points.
Place orders online: earn 1 point for every CA$1 you spend.
Subscribe to our mailing list: 250 points.
Follow us on IG: 50 points.
Refer friends: 2500 points.

How do I enroll in the program?
When you create your free user account you are automatically enrolled in the program.
How does it work?
We’re glad you asked! For every CA$1 you spend, you earn 1 loyalty rewards point. 50 points = $1 value which translates to approximately 2% cashback in the form of redeemable store credit.
How do I peel off the plastic film?
There is a pull tab on one corner of the package. Peel that cornerback slightly before heating. Once heating is completed, remove the film fully. You can also fully remove the film prior to heating if you prefer.
How are my meals packaged?
Our meals are packaged in Go-Green plastic containers that are microwave safe and don’t release BPA when heated. The process provides a Green alternative to standard thermoformed packaging. All CPT GO GREEN trays are # 5 recyclable and could be disposed of in most curbside recycling programs.

Can I return my packaging to be recycled
For health and safety protocols we cannot accept used packaging back. Please recycle at your convenience.
How do I recycle your packaging
After consuming your meal, rinse the container and you can recycle both the container and the cardboard sleeve.
Is your packaging good for the environment?
We have always been passionate about protecting our environment and reducing our ecological footprint. We’ve incorporated MAP to do exactly that. It is a sustainable solution for product packaging which significantly reduces food waste.
How long does food stay fresh after I receive it?
We often test our products to ensure that quality and safety is maintained. Lab results show that our packaging will keep your meals fresh for up to 7 days when stored in the refrigerator.
How do you keep your food fresh?
We use a method called Modified atmosphere packaging. It’s a proven and natural method of extending the shelf life of food products. The process lowers the amount of oxygen which slows the growth of microorganisms. This preserves the taste, safety and appearance of our meals for longer.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?

Can I have my meals delivered on days aside from Saturday, Sunday and Monday?
At times, we can certainly coordinate this for items from our retail menu. Please contact us and we’d be happy to discuss further.
Can I have my meals delivered to places that are not included on your list of locations?
We are always looking to expand our delivery areas. Please contact us and we’d be happy to discuss.
Are there any pick up locations?
We offer pick up from our production facility located in South Vancouver at:

Can I track my delivery?
Yes! On the day of delivery, you will receive a live tracking link via text and email which will provide a more specific ETA within your selected timeframe
How often do you deliver?
We deliver once per week on either Saturday, Sunday or Monday dependent on your location and preference.
Do you offer custom meals outside of what’s listed online?
Absolutely! For any custom dietary needs please give us a call or shoot us an email and we would be happy to discuss options together.
What if I don’t see the customizations I want?
Please feel free to list any additional customization requests in the delivery notes field on the check out screen of your order and we are happy to review your order and adapt wherever possible. If a requested customization is not possible we will always reach out to suggest an alternative.
Who are your suppliers?
Our key suppliers for produce and proteins are Sysco, GFS, Centennial & Yen Brothers
Is your fish ocean wise?
Yes! We utilize wild ocean wise salmon and wild ocean wise basa (whitefish)
What grade of beef do you use?
Our beef is AAA grade and hormone / antibiotic free
is your produce organic?
We use organic wherever possible and consistently hover at 90% organic for all our produce, dependent on supplier availability from week to week.
is your chicken organic?
Our regular chicken is anti biotic and hormone free and we also offer a 100% organic chicken upgrade option
How long should I reheat the food for?
If using a microwave, remove the dish lid and reheat for 2 – 4 minutes depending on the strength of your microwave
If using an oven, transfer to an oven safe dish and reheat at 300F for approx. 15 minutes
Do I eat the wraps cold or hot?
Either – They’re great cold or you can certainly reheat them for 30sec – 1min in the microwave
How long do the meals last?
All meals have a 7 day shelf life in the fridge so you can confidently order for an entire week.
Can I freeze the meals?
Absolutely! The only items we don’t suggest freezing are dishes with raw veggie components (salads, zucchini noodles, etc)
What is the Cooler Bag deposit?
On your first order you will notice a one time $15 cooler bag deposit fee. This is only charged on the first order and is fully refundable at any point if you wish to discontinue.
Each week that you order, your meals will arrive in a fresh cooler bag with ice packs and we will retrieve the cooler bag and ice pack from your previous delivery on arrival. Then, at any point if you wish to take a break or discontinue service, we simply arrange to swing by to collect the bag from your last delivery and refund the deposit back to your card.
Is there a delivery Fee?
There is a $8.50 delivery fee on orders below $100 pre tax. Orders over $100 pre tax are eligible for free delivery.
For the Bowen Island location there is a fixed $10 delivery fee on all orders regardless of order volume.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the lower mainland from West Van to Tswassen to Mission and everything in between. To view our full list of delivery areas, visit our Delivery Areas page.
Do the printed nutritional values change for each customization?
Not at this time. The nutritional information printed on your meal packaging will represent the dish in its original presentation and does not reflect any customizations applied.
How do I customize my meals?
On the menu page click the ‘customize’ button below the dish image. This will take you to the product’s page with the list of available customization options for that item.

Is this a subscription Model?
Nope, you are never locked in. You’re welcome to jump on and off from week to week as it suits your schedule. Simply order on the weeks that you would like meals.
Can I set a recurring delivery?
Absolutely. For this option please email or call us and we would be happy to arrange that for you.
