Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At 2 Guys with Knives, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we provide fresh, made-to-order meals, we do not accept returns on food products. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, as our meals are prepared fresh and perishable. However, we may provide a credit to your account or a partial refund under the following circumstances:

✅ Your order was incorrect (e.g., you received the wrong meals).
✅ Your meal was damaged during delivery (photo proof required within 24 hours).
✅ A significant quality issue was found (e.g., spoiled food).

📌 If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@2guyswithknives.com with your order details and photos, if applicable.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before the order cutoff time, which is Wednesdays at 6am. Once the kitchen begins meal preparation, we cannot make changes or issue a refund.

If you need to adjust or cancel your order before the deadline, please do so through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@2guyswithknives.com.

Late or Missing Deliveries

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, traffic, or courier delays) may occur. If your order is significantly delayed or missing, please reach out to us at hello@2guyswithknives so we can investigate and provide a resolution.

Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer

Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including gluten, dairy, nuts, and shellfish. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee meals are 100% allergen-free. Refunds will not be provided for reactions due to known allergies.
