My husband and I switched to 2 Guys with Knives from a different meal delivery service and it was honestly the best decision ever. The food is delicious, portions are beyond filling, and the convenience factor means we eat healthy during the week without resorting to a drive-thru or take-out. Cannot recommend this company enough! The only thing I would change is that the multi-order discount applied to more than just the entrees. We consistently order 6 - 8 meals weekly but we pay full price for everything because we do a mix of Brazilian, macro meals, and entrees. Seems a bit unfair the way it is set up now, and I just wish the $1 - $2 discount applied across the board for anyone ordering 7+ meals a week.

I have been ordering my breakfast and lunches from them for the last 3+ years. Amazing food, high quality and so delicious. I cant get enough of the yummy treats and healthy meals. It helped me so much to life a healthier lifestyle. I used to get the food delivered to the office, but now (since the pandemic) I enjoy the food from home. The meals are so delicious, healthy and high quality with so many different options. The customer service is consistently excellent. I wanted to do low fodmap meals and they made custom meals for me to accommodate this. There are also a lot of options to customize the meals on their menu as well. If you are looking for a healthy meal delivery service I would Highly recommend. Ordering is so easy and seamless and I honestly can't recommend enough actually. The Little Italy - Chicken Bruschetta Pilaf is my favourite so far. Thank you Sergio, Patrick and the whole team for all you do.

I've been ordering from 2 Guys with Knives for about 4 weeks now and I have been pleasantly surprised. I have not ordered meal delivery before and I wasn't certain of what to expect. Over the past 4 weeks their food has been consistently good, tastes delicious and the portions are huge. I would recommend the BFF cookie bites, the Mama Mia breakfast eggs, the Medicine Man chicken and rice soup, the Winter Cruisin' chicken dinner and the Lumberjack chili. I was craving the Mama Mia eggs and they put them on the menu just for me last week. I like that they listen to their customers and they remind me to place orders. I would highly recommend ordering from 2 Guys with Knives!

If you're like me and prefer to eat healthy throughout the week but don't always have time to meal prep this is your solution. Clean ingredients, smart portions, and plenty of tasty variety to mix things up regularly. Nothing but good things to say about 2 Guys. Highly recommend.

This is my second week of ordering their meals - I started as just ordering their meals for dinner but now have included some lunch meals too . I love that I get all the nutritional information and love all the flavours. All the meat is of great quality and cooked to perfection! I love my delivery timeslot too - so convenient getting all my meals for the week delivered to my work on a monday!

Making healthy lunches is no longer a chore! 2 Guys With Knives provides a mouthwatering menu with the nutritional information that I look for in my diet. My husband and I are both doing nutrition coaching to lose weight and I was looking for a meal prep service that prepared healthy, delicious meals that came with nutritional info so we can track our macros. 2 Guys has delivered on all of it with customer service that goes above and beyond. The food is delicious and as I place my order I can plan my meals for the week ahead in Fatsecret before I even receive the delivery because the calories, fat, carb, protein and fibre grams are all listed on their website. It has made meal planning so much easier. Also, it's nice to have the variety of rotating menus each week. Before, we would get bored of chicken and broccoli and would order in from restaurants to mix things up a bit. However, restaurant food isn't the healthiest. The 2 Guys meals satisfy our need for variety without sabotaging our nutrition goals. HIghly recommend.

What is the Cooler Bag deposit?

On your first order you will notice a one time $15 cooler bag deposit fee. This is only charged on the first order and is fully refundable at any point if you wish to discontinue.

Each week that you order, your meals will arrive in a fresh cooler bag with ice packs and we will retrieve the cooler bag and ice pack from your previous delivery on arrival. Then, at any point if you wish to take a break or discontinue service, we simply arrange to swing by to collect the bag from your last delivery and refund the deposit back to your card.

How long do the meals last?

The meals have a 5 day shelf life in the fridge apart from seafood and salad items which we suggest consuming within 3 days for maximum freshness.

Is there a delivery Fee?

There is a $5 delivery fee on orders below $100 pre tax. Orders over $100 pre tax are eligible for free delivery.
For the Bowen Island location there is a fixed $10 delivery fee on all orders regardless of order volume.

Can I freeze the meals?

Absolutely! The only items we don’t suggest freezing are dishes with raw veggie components (salads, zucchini noodles, etc)
